I said this before and I will say it again

Update Your blogs often I know I said this and I tried to live by this it's hard with the amount of blogs I run. In the passed week and a half I lost page rank from not updating when I should have. This was a short time and this happened but I just got back up and on fire again.

I know life gets in the way that's when we need to stay strong and focus on the things we can't let slip through our fingers.

If you update one blog on Monday then update it again on Monday people who read your blog will look when they think you should post.

So if you move to update twice a week then you better deliver twice a week they will be watching you and expecting you to put out that content.
